PRIME Productions seeks to explore, illuminate and support women over fifty and their stories through the creative voice of performance.

We are proud to launch our first season
with the regional premiere of
Little Wars
by Steve Carl McCasland

Little Wars focuses on a fictional meeting of Gertrude Stein, Alice B. Toklas, Lillian Hellman, Dorothy Parker, Agatha Christie and the mysterious American woman that ties them all together.  The gathering takes place at Gertrude and Alice’s home in the French Alps in 1940 on the eve of the German occupation of Paris.  Against the historical backdrop of the Holocaust, the playwright uses intelligence and wit to present an intriguing series of “what ifs” in this fast-paced 90-minute play.

Little Wars will be staged at the Mixed Blood Theater from May 6 - May 21, 2017.
